Lead/Senior Member of Technical Staff

Responsibilities:
- Architect and tune robust new features in our Partner Relationship Management suite of products and ensure that they continue to perform and scale in a multi-tenant environment
- Enhance and develop the product and its infrastructure
- Design, implement, and own both new and existing Partner Relationship Management functionality as a hands-on developer
- Act as a technical lead to review features that others on your team are working on
- Analyze, design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites.
- Contribute to the analysis of functional requirements
Required Skills/Experience:
- Deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming Strong knowledge of the Java programming language and its runtime
- Solid knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational database schema design
- Experience building multi-tier scalable applications
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of PL/SQL
- Prior experience with CRM
- Experience with SOAP, WSDL, and XML
